How
do we ship?
All orders
default to USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected(with
tracking), which is a 2-4 day delivery service within the continental
United States for Free! (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska
take a few more days) This service is fast dependable and affordable.

Next
Day Delivery:
Next Day delivery of online orders are not shipped out on the same day
an order is placed. Your next day selection means your order is packed
and shipped the day after your order is placed and delivered the following day after being packed and shipped.For example
if you select next day delivery with an online order placed on a Monday
your order is processed and shipped first thing Tuesday for delivery
Next Day Wedsday. For orders needed to be shipped the same day as you
place an order we must insist verbal confirmation from us to you that
we can meet this committment - No exceptions please. |
Exchanges
and Returns:

Enclose a copy of your invoice or the name the item was purchased under and a note telling us to either credit your account or exchange the item for a different size or completely different style #. Remember to include your size preference on all exchanges or the wrist size you are trying to fit a bracelet for. Take note that link bracelet sizes are different than bangle bracelet sizes so the wrist size of the wearer is the best information to provide - if available.
We do not credit shipping costs on returns but will pay the freight back to all customers on exchanges.

International
Orders:
Unfortunately
due to the frequency of Internet credit card fraud originating from
certain countries, we do not honor international orders. We urge you
to contact a friend or relative here in the United States and have them
order from us and ask them to ship your order to you. We understand
the inconvenience but also know you understand we must protect our business
from International credit card fraud, we have no choice.
