heart bracelet3I received my bracelet on 3/19/12.I wore the bracelet for a little while on that day and for about an hour on 3/20/12 when one of the pins fell out and the bracelet fell off. When I got home from work I called customer service and talked to Larry. Larry was very kind and helpful. He offered to replace the bracelet but I said no because the one I had ,had another pin that was falling out and i didn't think a new one would be any better. He took all my information and said he would send me a return label in my email so i could send it back. Instead on 3/21/12 I received an email from Larry informing me that a refund was issued but i didn't need to return the bracelet. I was very disappointed with the bracelet but very pleased with your customer service. I have not gotten the bracelet fixed yet but when I do i will not be upset that i had to pay to get it fixed because of my customer service experience. Thank you.

Had a problem with size but they exchanged for larger size with no hassle. I would definitely use them again.

Hearts a Plenty4I love this bracelet. The weight is substantial without feelng heavy. The heart motif is very feminine. The only reason I gave the bracelet 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the dark steel color. I expected a look closer to silver and not pewter. This my only compaint. The magnets are discreet and I feel more balanced every day.

Very Nice5I really like the look of this bracelet. I wear it everyday. The quality is very nice. The only problem I had is that is runs quite small. I had measured my wrist before ordering the bracelet and expected to have plenty of room. It barely fits my wrist.
